With over 21 years in the title and escrow industry, I bring a deep well of experience and a passion for getting the details right. As Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer at First Equity Title Agency, I lead a team known for delivering exceptional service grounded in integrity and excellence. My career has taken me through respected organizations like Lawyers Title, Zillow, and Yavapai Title Agency, where I gained valuable expertise managing everything from straightforward residential deals to complex commercial transactions, foreclosures, and short sales.

When you work with me, you won’t get passed around between multiple assistants — you get direct, one-on-one service. I answer my phone, I handle the details personally, and I make sure every transaction is smooth, stress-free, and handled with care. I also believe that even in real estate, there’s always room for a little fun — because enjoying the process matters just as much as the outcome.

One of the most rewarding parts of my career is teaching classes to real estate agents. I love sharing the knowledge I’ve gathered over the years and helping others feel more confident and empowered in their work. Whether I’m handling a closing or leading a class, I’m all in — with experience, energy, and a genuine passion for what I do.

Travis embarked on his journey in escrow back in 2015, and since then, his dedication has only grown stronger. With a wealth of experience spanning various escrow types, including vacant land, manufactured homes, and residential properties throughout Arizona, Travis ensures nothing short of excellence for his clients. Beyond his expertise in navigating diverse escrows, Travis goes above and beyond to prioritize his clients' needs. Whether it's traveling for signings or meticulously researching property details such as well-being, flood risks, and ownership documents, he remains committed to facilitating seamless transactions at every turn. Travis' commitment to providing exceptional service is not just a professional trait; it's a personal philosophy. As a proud father celebrating his recent high school graduate who is now pursuing Graphic Design at Yavapai College, he finds immense joy in both familial milestones and community involvement. Passionate about giving back, Travis actively supports local organizations such as the Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary and Prescott Food Forest, demonstrating his dedication to making a positive impact in his community.
